Refund Policy – Luxury Essences

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

 

After this period, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for covering both shipping costs:


  1. The cost to send the item back.
  2. The cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we provide the return label).
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


🔧 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not work properly:

  • You must report it within 7 days of delivery.
  • You may choose between:

    • ✅ Full Refund (processed to the original payment method, with no shipping cost deductions).
